John Stankiewicz is the Managing Director and senior recruiter of Sage Associates. He established Sage after 30 successful years with Fortune 200 companies. John has over 25 years of extensive international business experience including 16 years of overseas assignments in South America, Middle East, Australia and Europe. John has held senior level financial positions, including CFO, with firms such as Royal Globe Insurance, Bankers Trust, WR Grace and Waste Management (all NYSE listed). John has led enterprises at their green-field, start-up, pre-IPO, growth and mature stages. His experience includes M&A, Divestiture, JV arrangements and turnaround situations. John's credentials include a CPA, MBA in Accounting from Pace University and a BS in Managerial Sciences from Manhattan College. John is multi-lingual including Polish, Russian and Spanish.

Research Associate

Jan has worked at the Executive Offices of companies such as Boise Cascade, New England Life, John Hancock and MAD magazine. In addition to her professional career, Jan has raised four children and enjoys her grandchildren.

Jan focuses on the recruiting part of the search process. Jan takes the extra effort to understand her candidate's background and goals to ensure a perfect match.

Chris
Senior Project Coordinator

Chris comes from a sports background. Chris is a graduate of the San Diego Golf Academy. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Phoenix University. He was a Section Chief at Sports Authority and a Senior Equipment Tester with TaylorMade-Adidas Golf.

Chris enjoys working at Sage. He coordinates all our search projects; ensuring that the agreed upon search plan is implemented and followed. Chris also does research and recruiting.
